Workforce Development

Through a growing partnership with Cleveland Community College, the Education and Employability Center offers residents and members of the community a place to learn valuable job searching and workforce skills. The Ready to Work programĀ is a Cleveland County employer-endorsed credential that provides participants with essential workplace skills identified by local employers.

Other classes are also offered in Workforce Development such as Basic Computer Skills, OSHA-10 Training, Personal Finance and Interviewing. CCRM is a certified location for these classes through the community college.
